All Marigold orders are prepared and shipped from Australia. We deliver Australia-wide and also offer international shipping upon request. Simply email us before placing an international order and we’ll tailor the shipping rate so you never overpay.
Standard delivery within Australia takes approximately 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays.
We do not currently offer express shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. Check your junk folder if you can’t locate it, or contact us and we’ll resend it.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unopened, unused and in original condition.
Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare unless there is a proven product fault.
